  Food was ok,I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s because of one staff member. The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt I was not treated with respect. While the food was fine, the way I was spoken to left a negative impression. I hope the management looks into this and provides better customer service training, as one staff member behaviour can affect the overall experience.because i think he don’t like the job please replace him with someone who need job.

  I have been ordering from Domino’s at least once a week for 7–8 years, and this is the first time I ordered from the Waterloo branch while I live in Parkstone. My food arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes, which I honestly cannot understand. The driver spent around 40 minutes on the road and then another 20 minutes trying to find the address. As a result, my food arrived freezing cold. I paid £25 for this, which is unbelievable. This will be my first and last time ordering from this branch. I would never recommend it to anyone. Please do not make the same mistake. I asked for the coke to be cold, but it arrived warm, and the chicken pieces were rock hard as well.
