I took a scratch card that my son got for his birthday to be cashed. There was £20 on the card. The cashier took the scratch card and went to rub more of the 4 numbers on the card so I could claim the winnings. The numbers were already visible, but for some reason, the guy scratched it more. This made the numbers unreadable, and I could no longer claim the prize on the card. He was aggressive and argumentative and took no responsibility for his actions. The manager tried to help but just seem to make matters worse. Thought the coop would be helpful but turns out not
