  Rude staff. Went in to collect a parcel and browse some stuff but unfortunately the lady behind the till was so rude that it made me really uncomfortable and had to leave as soon as I could collect my parcel. Unpleasant experience.

  Rude staff, who not only stand in your way and make no attempt to move, but also tut when you walk past them (which has happened multiple times) but also take a very long time to approve alcohol on the self serve (understandable for young people but not for me as I am unfortunately rather obviously over 25). This completely undermines the point of a fast self serve and backs up the queue (and no one else comes to help). All in all a Coop with a great selection of produce with staff that let it down tremendously.

  I’d advise being very careful when purchasing items here. On multiple occasions, the shelf prices haven’t matched what I’ve been charged at the till, and I’ve ended up paying more than expected. It honestly feels quite misleading. Recently, I asked a staff member to confirm whether a “3 items for £6” offer applied to the items I’d chosen, and I was told that it did. However, when I checked my receipt at home, only £1 had been discounted, meaning the offer hadn’t been applied correctly and I paid £8 instead. While the difference may not seem huge, I wouldn’t have bought those items if I’d known the correct price, as they weren’t worth it to me at that cost! Co op is a con and they are clearly not processing there deals at the till!!! On top of that the baskets are no where to be found and the aisles are so narrow!!!

  Staff and shop are okay but the big problem are the Chuggers (Charity Muggers) outside!! 8/9th Sept 25 for Battersea dogs home. Very polite couple of guys but VERY pushy and persistent. Most of my colleagues go the long way to the car park just to avoid them whilst most also avoid going into the store if they are outside. Losing the Coop business.
