  Amazing time spent in this place. The food was ok, but the service was wonderful and warm. Especially this blonde in a braid, a very warm smile :)

  ⭐ 1/5 — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely unacceptable experience at Burger King Tower Park. The restaurant was advertised as closing at 12:00 a.m., and we arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m. — a full 30 minutes before closing time. However, the main entrance was already closed. That was not our mistake. If customers are expected to use a different collection method before the advertised closing time, this should be clearly explained. Because the main door was closed, I walked towards the drive-thru area because I genuinely didn’t know where I was supposed to collect our food. Instead of politely explaining what I needed to do, the staff member, who appeared to be the manager, spoke to me with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. She was saying things like, “You can’t come here” and telling me to go behind a car in a very unpleasant manner. I understand there are safety rules around the drive-thru, and I would have followed the instructions immediately if they had simply been explained politely. There was absolutely no need to speak to a customer like that. We arrived well before the stated closing time and only ended up in this situation because their main entrance was already closed. Then, instead of helping us, we were treated rudely. If this person was the manager, that makes it even more disappointing. Managers should set an example for customer service, not make customers feel disrespected and unwelcome. Extremely poor customer service and a completely unacceptable attitude. Burger King should seriously investigate how this store is being managed and how customers are treated.

  Had the most lovely experience @ BK today, my partner was visibly emotional and a young lad who served us, not only noticed but took the time to check he was ok, to offer him extras to cheer him up & came back to check he was ok shortly after! His name was Taylor, not only being a young lad & working he showed compassion & care to a complete stranger, who brought back there is kindness in this world! This BK tower park. The food was also really lovely & fresh & HOT 10/10
