    Very nice unlike the Hemel Hempstead site which is run to a skinflint budget and poor. They didnt even have any patties for a Whopper. Poole was well staffed and the food was hot and tasty.

    Tables are always dirty, service terrible waited over 5 mine to get some ketchup and they looked at me multiple times and ignored me. Ended up not getting any because they took too long even getting back to me.. Food always comes out freezing because they let it sit there whilst orher food cooks because they put the longest stuff in last. Dissapointed. Have tried coming here multiple times and give up!’ Just gotten worse
