I wanted to give a special Mention to a particular member of staff who works at the Kinson branch of Tesco. I use this branch very regularly as I live close by and every time I am in the store this lady (whom I didn’t actually know the name of until today) always goes out of her way to say hello to me and my son. She’s always very chirpy and polite, and I’ve never actually seen her without a smile on her face. Well, Today I enter to the store and as I’m walking around the aisles, I started to suffer a very severe panic attack which came on out of the blue . I hadn’t suffered in years so this one was quite a scary one. I tried to ignore it and carry on and even tried to call my son but because my hands were shaking so much, I kept getting the passcode on my phone wrong and it blocked my phone so I was unable to call my son to come and meet me . I decided to ditch the trolley in the middle of an aisle and get out of the store as quick as I could Because I felt like I was going to pass out. On my way out by the door, I bumped in to the very friendly face of the lady who I now know is called Natalie. She asked me if I was okay and I replied no, And that I was having a panic attack. Straight away, she Fetched me some water and spoke to me for a couple of minutes whilst I caught my breath. She Asked Me, if I wanted her to walk around the store with her gently whilst I grabbed the essentials that I came in for . I agreed and she stopped what she was doing and assisted me with collecting the things that I needed . whilst walking around she was very softly spoken and extremely patient and offered words of reassurance. Before I knew it my panic attack had completely disappeared and suddenly I Felt like I was just talking to A friend. She went to the til with me and then walked me to the door Ensuring that the panic had passed and I was well enough to be on my own. I honestly cannot thank Natalie enough, I genuinely just wanted to dart out Of the store until her patience and friendliness stopped me from Potentially Collapsing. For anyone that’s had panic attacks before; You will know how dehabilitating it is and how scary it can be. I would really like to highlight Natalie‘s actions and behaviour today. She really is a credit to Tesco so thank you so much.

Busy. Accessible but the atmosphere is not nice. When I went I saw 2 fights and a shoplifter. Sigh.
