- EEElysha EdwardsSep 25, 20261.0the most incompetent subway I've ever been to. both times I've been overcharged on the saver subs and both times they've had stupid excuses that can clearly be seen on the board is wrong (I also have a family member who works in subway and has confirmed the toastie I get should be part of the saver sub deal) I think there's been a change of staff because prior to the new lot I had no issues whatsoever and I'm ordering from the exact same section!! The staff member tried to tell me next time I should ask the price beforehand...when this is EXACTLY what I did. infact the last time I asked four times to double check. she just went silent and turned away. besides the price issues...it's a 99% chance wether you're sub insides will actually be in your sub or stuck to your wrapper. the last two times my subs not even been folded properly. I've emailed to complaints so other than that I just advise everyone to avoid. there's a reason it's only got 3 stars and I'm only giving one because I can't give none.

Even when a customer was being difficult for no reason, the team handled the situation with complete composure. Prices here are also more reasonable compared to other Subways, and they have a good range of sandwiches available. The location is a bonus too — right next to the lake with a really nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
