  This is the Tesco of choice even if it’s not my nearest.. I have never had anything but brilliant service over hundreds of visits so the negative reviews just don’t sound like the same shop and certainly not the same staff team who are warm witty and friendly and go the extra mile consistently. The elderly friend I often take feels the same and she always says the same thing of our visits “ they’re so helpful and you can always have a laugh.” . The help they will give at tills is second to none and I see and I love how they treat customers. I honestly think it's a rarity to find such a team . What a great shop and people to have in your community - and I see them like this with so many customers-This is a proper ‘local’ with an exceptional group of staff -an absolute credit to Tesco! Always a pleasure -thankyou and I hope this gets passed on and seen by higher management 🌷

  Not sure the name of the employee, but had glasses, was brunette and worked behind the counter. But the way that he approached me and my father was disgusting. My dad was buying alcohol in which i was accompanying him, this employee aggressively stated that he couldnt sell him the product because i was with him, baring in mind im 18 years old and dont carry my ID unless im going somewhere to drink personally, when my dad questioned him he continued to aggressively cut back at him with short replies and was leaning towards us whilst he was raising his voice. me and my dad understand the law about the under 25 policy, and everyone was speaking calmly but him. we understood the policy before him having shout at us. To be honest, he seemed as though he was trying to be controlling and intimidating, but quickly understood that we werent going to be shouted at without it being given back, hence why he started to play the victim by him ,again, shouting“its not my fault, i could lose my license”. think they need to have a word with theyre staff, as people skills are absolutely appalling. other than that though, the store is fine.

  Been here a few times it’s absolutely disgraceful no option of food (veg and meat) absolutely ridiculous it’s disgraceful
