Tonkotsu Brighton is located in the heart of the Brighton, just a 10 minute walk from Brighton train station. Our restaurant is next door to the Royal Pavilion, and the Brighton Dome, an iconic performance venue. The seafront and Brighton Pier are also just a short walk away and we're close to the historic Lanes.
As always, we put our heart and soul into every bowl of ramen - making our noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch. We have vegetarian and vegan options and our restaurant is dog-friendly!
