  Went to Wingstop as a birthday treat, there was quite a long queue however our server Rebecca made us feel very safe and secure affirming when we would be served. She brought it out herself and the food was incredible!!! 10/10!!!

  You queue up at the counter to place your order .. where you chose what chicken you want…. wings, burger etc, then chose what flavour you want it to be from the list, same thing with the fries, choose which style of fries you want and what flavour you would like them to be, eg:- loaded fries The food dosent look amazing in the pictures, but don’t be fooled by the pictures the food is really amazing !! I had the “Big Flavour Burger with Sweet Potato Fries” with lemon flavours added to them with a large fizzy drink with “free refills”, all came to £14 ish The wait time is longer than you’d expect for this style of food I can see why it is certainly worth the wait ! … The food arrived freshly prepared and was to a great quality and full of flavour Te service staff even popped by to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything, then when we’d finished our meal they were swiftly there to clear the table, so no messy tables left which is great to see It was fantastic sitting here in their outside seating area in the sunshine overlooking Bournemouth Lower Gardens and watching the world go by Recommended parking in the Winter Gardens car park so it’s just a short walk to this restaurant or there’s a selection of large multi story carparks close by

  Hey so I was really excited to come to wingstop for the first time and my exsperiance was really bad I ordered food and I went to go to seat and this lady with green hat I think she was Indian she came up to me started threatening me saying show me your reciept or I’m getting security I didn’t have it on me so I just showed her my bank charges and since that she just been on me I went to go get drink I had water cup what your only allowed to drink out of with water no juices and I went and she went go to me and said ONLY WATER and I said yes I know and then she watched me pour my water and then when I went to go sit down with my water she said look are you here to just mess around and I said no i want to eat my food anyways food arrived and I was eating it Really good btw and then u got up with my chips and then she said to me can you eat outside now and I said why I’m sitting there and she said if you don’t I will call security and I just didn’t any drama so I took my food and outside so overall this worker really rewined my exsperiance what I was really excited for so if you want to have wingstop I’d suggest having it at Southampton not in Bournemouth it’s way better there

  Went in yesterday, food was fantastic 10/10, service was great, very friendly when you walk in and also when you took your order! Highlight had to be someone called Sienna, she was super friendly and helpful, wasn’t too sure how it all worked so she gave me a ran down and brought me over my food, amazing customer service from her!

  Really enjoyed my experience here! The chicken wings were fresh, crispy, and full of flavour, with a great selection of sauces to choose from. The portions were generous, the food was hot when I picked it up, and everything was packed nicely. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a great spot for tasty wings and I’ll be ordering from here again!
