  I went to Pay for my petrol wit Apple Pay payment went through from mine and the guy said it’s declined you have to try again asked for receipt he said we can’t I paid with another card payment went through after 5 days I didn’t get a refund because the payment went through went back to petrol station and they told Me I need to contact my bank for refund they made a mistake there service it’s rubbish now I have to call bank to sort this out nightmare absolutely disgusting

  a new member of staff called friendly called adam on self service he was very friendly he was only on his fourth day but was very helpful and saudim always willing to help

  Mila is very professional, always smiling and makes a perfect hair cut. From far , Mila is the barber to go.. hopefully Mila will stay for long in Tesco barbers! Thank you mila

  Not great, Sadly starting to feel very neglected, a lack of stock in many places and little activity going on. Same experience both weekday and over weekends. Unsure why this branch is not being so well looked after

  Over the last 3 months t have don a shop at Tesco in Kinston ,Bournemouth and on three occasions they have stopped me as i was doing a self scan that's fine 3 out of the 4 4 shops i had missed 1 small item that's 4 shops in a row so i stopped using Tesco then you sent me some coupons still did not return then last week i had some more put them in my bag did not use them ,then Friday i was at the Bournemouth Hospital which is next to Tesco Extra not been in there for years so thought i would go after my appointment , did a big ish shop self scan about £95 went to till gave the young man he took my scanner asked if i wanted my coupons taken off i said yes the he said "sorry" but we have to do a full re scan i could not believe it i said your kidding me why ? well "l HE SAID TESCO DO NOT TRUST YOU"" I WAS VERY Offended so I said I no longer want my shopping . I asked if would scan it all again yes was his reply what a waste of time as there was nothing missing I will NEVER NEVER step inside a TESCO AGAIN I never taken ANYTHING YET YOU HAVE thousands of items taken everyday yet you stopped me at least 5 times. all i can say is it was the most embarrassing shop for me never again If you do not trust shoppers to self scan open more till and man them do not ask us to do YOUR JOB .
