  Takes order and payment during opening hours, then calls out of opening hours to say they cant make the order as the kitchen is shut

  Ordered for delivery here, unfortunately i had a missed item. I phoned the store and a staff member named Leon was very helpful with my complaint, he was kind and efficient in fixing the mistake. Lovely food! Thank you!

  Had a great experience here! I ordered several pizzas for a picnic and was in a bit of a rush, but the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me great recommendations. The pizzas tasted amazing and everyone at the picnic really enjoyed them. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was also great to see the pizzas being made fresh from preparing the dough and adding the toppings to baking them. Great food, great service, and a lovely team. Would definitely recommend!

  Domino’s has seriously gone downhill. The last few orders have repeatedly been missing ingredients, while the portions—particularly the potato wedges—have become noticeably smaller. For the price, the overall value and quality simply aren’t there anymore. This isn’t a one-off; it’s happened enough times that I’ve had enough. I’ll be boycotting Domino’s from this point onwards and giving Papa Johns a try for a change. When you’re paying premium prices for a takeaway, you expect the order to be correct and the portions and quality to justify the cost. At the moment, Domino’s isn’t delivering that. There needs to be much better quality control at franchise level.

  was trying to order a pizza at the counter to a very disinterested staff member . as i was asking him a question he picked up his phone , completely ignored me and started laughing and joking in romanian to his friend . i walked out and won’t be going back here again. awful costumer service skills
