- VGVincent GeorgeJan 4, 20261.0This Co-op has a Paypoint for Pay as you go energy meter top ups. The lady at the till nor the duty manager exactly knows how it actually works. I visited the store on 3/1/25 to top up both the electric meter key and gas card. The lady with her incompetent skills skillfully managed to top up only the gas card with the total amount instead of splitting between both the card and the key as I had requested. It caused us a lot of inconvenience making trips to the store as the meter would not show any balance on the key. When we spoke to the store manager he was clueless about the blunder done by the lady and blamed the energy company and insisted we go and speak to them instead. Co-op if you are reading this then please send you incompetent staff on training or get rid of the Pay point so that costumer don't face inconvenience in future.
