  Place was empty , had to help a guy in a wheelchair get through the heavy double set of doors as there’s NO ACCESSIBILITY AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENING. Burger was ok ordered side salad which came in a closed cardboard box. I had intended to take the salad home with me to eat later. I’m glad I decided to open the box before I left because inside the box was just a pile of Rocket leaves and bacon bits that I actually specifically asked to not have my one and my partner had exactly the same. I said this isn’t a salad. A definition of salad is not a pile of the same leaf and so I went to speak to The people at the counter and they were saying that that that is a salad that’s what they serve I said, but they’d run out of tomato it was just absolutely ridiculous and Quait honestly as you disgusting and you know if you haven’t got tomato and you don’t have salad Didn’t salads off the menu don’t just give them the box of Rocket leaves and then tell them that that is what you serving a salad cause that’s not what it shows in the picture and it is not the definition of salad so I asked him to give my partner a refund and they did refund him not the right amount basically wasn’t a very good experience. Experience wasn’t very happy about it and the staff just really didn’t seem to care. Well the girl that was working in there she did. She seemed embarrassed by the whole situation but the two guys that were in there, I don’t know what nationality they were, but they weren’t English. Maybe that’s what it is when they come from but it’s not a salad where I come from and it’s not a salad that they showed on the board that I ordered it from either sorry for typos cause I’m voice typing..

  Lovely meal. The food was so tasty and warm especially the new bacon Caesar Angus. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely come again

  Too hot, no air con. Staff on the counter running round like headless chickens with only 1 younger staff member with glasses actually being competent. She was doing 3 jobs at once still smiling so props to her. Train your other staff better and give that woman a raise. And maybe get your air con fixed while you at it.
