Give her a payrise and sausage and bacon roll with a Tea, it was very nice, freshest bun ive ever had from a greggs, recommended!! Will be back for Breakfast while in area!! EDIT visited again on my way home , spoke to a nice chap sounded an ozzie, helped me out and told me a meal deal was available for another few pence, great customer service! One of the best Greggs in country for customer service and efficiency! Give them all a payrise!!

Someone behind the till than shouted at me that there wasn't any need for me to say what I did. I work in retail and would never dream of treating/speaking to customers like that. Shame that one or two staff members spoil it for the rest of this incredible team.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
