  Was going to call in for lunch my husband got in the que we both work in food so know what standards should be like this shop was always busy clean but the staff and standards of the clenliness is shocking really don’t know what’s happening with this shop but won’t be going again if standards aren’t met please get this sorted

  Food received was okay albeit stingy compared the other locations I have visited. Half the menu was unavailable and cash payment was unavailable. All in all very disappointing.

  There was this young lad who gave superb service I never got to ask his name so mention him in this review he had brown curly hair a very bright young lad

  I had meat on one side of my sandwich and my few measly bits of salad on the other side, similar issue on the Mrs's, would have complained had the Mrs and the kids not have been getting so hangry. Lacking basic ingredients as well, so I got the feeling asking for the manager would have been equally frustrating, as they can't do stock management or train the staff to put ingredients in bread.

  Awful cross contamination! Using same gloves for every order! Picking ham then picking a big amount of cheese and then throwing the extra cheese back in the container! I am vegetarian i dont want to eat from hands touched by meat. Even the salads were all a mess, had to walk out the queue
