Ordered a pizza half. They made it with no tomato sauce. When I asked about the sauce the guy lied and said they didn’t make it with sauce and it was just cheese and bread. My friend said “like a cheese toastie?” And he said yes. When I pointed to the board and showed him that the menu said marinara sauce and I insisted at other subways they made it with sauce, he admitted he lied because they had no sauce. I was confused why, when I made the order, they didn’t just say that? The guy offered us ketchup but at that point we didn’t want to eat somewhere where multiple staff members lied to us and made a menu option blatantly wrong rather than just saying they were out. We had to firmly refuse the food and ask for a refund (only on the pizzas). They luckily refunded us, but it was so weird. I have tried to contact subway twice about this but I’ve never had a response. I’d strongly say avoid, they don’t mind lying to your face.
One of the guys at the counter was audibly upset that people came into the store at 5pm as they wanted to close early. They close at 6pm.
Visited around midday on a Saturday. Italian sub bread was dry, hard and stale and falling apart due to being so dry. Asked for a replacement which was politely provided but sandwich was replaced for another equally dry, hard and stale sub. Very disappointing. Bread should be the one thing that a sandwich shop can get right. Apparently not at this branch. Expensive bit worth the price if they get it right. Definitely not worth it if you are buying yesterday's bread!

Went at 10 to 6, i understand its nearly closing time, but, still could have very quickly made a sandwich rather than said "not serving anyone now" the second we walk in the door, have to drive 20 mins away now, pregnant and very hungry
