    I had a very disappointing experience with Subway in Yeovil. My order was incorrect, and one of the meals was completely missing. When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service was extremely poor. Staff either hung up during calls or refused to involve a senior member of staff when requested. Eventually, I spoke to someone who claimed to be a senior, but they were unhelpful and dishonest about being able to resend the missing meal. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

    Forgotten some of our group order. Some orders were wrong. Was told they would redeliver my missing item within half an hour. An hour and a half later still not here. Phoned back and they hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer phone to my number. Used a different phone and they answered straight away. Staff were making up excuses. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have spare time on your hand to chase up your food.
