  Surprised by having to order on screen which I had a little difficulty with - it isn't very intuitive. Kind staff member said I didn't have to use it if I didn't want to. My order did have an incorrect ingredient which was scraped off - that was fine as I have no allergies and did say that was the case. Unfortunately, the staff member taking payment had zero customer service skills - not one please or thank you and when I asked for a coffee, I was told "no hot drinks"; no apology or explanation. She simply was not interested, hence the 1 star rating for service. We were the only customers in the restaurant yet did not find a clean table. There was a staff member behind the counter when we left, but, again, no thank you when we left. It doesn't matter whether the food is good or bad; when there is almost zero customer service, it leaves a bad taste anyway.

  Unsure as to why a self serve model was introduced. It feels like a transaction that used to be quick is now more complicated. Staff hiding behind the counter until it comes to your service number being called. There’s decent seating but was disappointed that tables weren’t being cleaned more regularly. The actual food was good and there is seating for all party sizes.

  5/5 ⭐ Amazing Subway Experience at Waitrose Workshop Store! Just visited the Subway in Waitrose Workshop and everything was amazing! Customer Service: The sandwich artist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took time to ask about my preferences, made recommendations, and served with a genuine smile. Really felt looked after. Atmosphere: Super clean and tidy space. Despite being inside Waitrose, it has its own nice vibe — bright, organized, and quick service without feeling rushed. Perfect for a lunch break. Food Quality: Sandwich was spot on. Bread was fresh and toasted perfectly, veggies were crisp and colorful, and portions were generous. You can tell they use quality ingredients. My Italian B.M.T. tasted as good as any standalone Subway. Will definitely be coming back. If you're shopping at Waitrose Workshop, don't skip this Subway — amazing all around!

  The food here was lovely, my wife n I came here as we flipped the coin of where to go and so glad it landed for here. We sat in to eat and couldn't fault any of it. We'll worth a visit, plenty of parking, Great price.
