    Shrub Hill is awful! Ordered twice via JustEat and both times had issues! First time they got the order wrong with missing items/salad and the sandwiches looked unappetising and arrived freezing cold (despite being toasted), sent pictures and sorted a partial refund via JustEat which took over 24hrs. Second time we had multiple missing sides and drinks, decided to call up the branch to try and rectify without having to contact and wait on JustEat and the man on the phone wasn't interested! Basically called us liars and claimed that the order was checked by his team and it was all in there. The bag was sealed with THEIR sticker so no one had tampered with it until we had opened it. Rude staff, incompetent team and will not be using this particular store again! Avoid!

    Ordered gluten free sub. Staff asked if I wanted gloves to be changed rather than leaving it on. Patient and waited for me to check the allergen info when they ran out of hash browns. Wish the meatless marinara was wheat free because it's usually tasty. Enjoyed my BLT
