    Had an absolute unpleasant experience today from the staff in the glasses. After seeing past reviews seems like that girl has been involved in a lot of similar incidents in the past. That girl was so talkative and was not ready to listen to what we wanted as per our customisation instead she started talking back. she has been dreadful in what she is doing.lack of manners , customer handling , discipline and what not. Never going there again. @Subway Uk please take action against her as it seems she has been involved in similar incidents in the past which is not good for the brand.
