    I recently visited a Subway location and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The girl with highlighted hair who was serving customers came across as quite rude and uninterested in her job. From the moment I approached the counter, her tone felt dismissive, and she seemed impatient while taking my order. Good customer service makes a big difference, especially in a place where interactions are quick but frequent. Unfortunately, her behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A more polite and attentive attitude would go a long way in improving the overall impression of the store. Staff name is Simran I hope management takes note of this, as better customer service would greatly enhance the experience for visitors.

    Absolutely unacceptable behavior from an owner. Leaving a negative review for an Uber Eats driver just because I refused to share my personal number is not only unprofessional, it’s inappropriate. Reviews should be based on service, not personal rejection. This says a lot more about the owner.

    Denies you service since you complained last time. They are happy to lose the customer instead of teaching the incompetent person serving customers. Worst shop wont visit again
