    I’ve tried to resolve this issue through customer services 4 times now. I ordered on the app at 7:30 and they accepted my order. Walked to the shop and they had closed early so I didn’t get my food and they took my money. The owner emailed me back with the most pitiful template response and my subsequent emails to subway have been ignored. This shop STOLE MONEY FROM ME and is refusing to pay it back. It is genuinely shocking that a company of this size is scamming their customers and refusing to do anything to help. Good luck with their customer service if you have an issue, as far as I can tell it’s all been replaced with AI chatbots and incompetent franchise owners. Please do not go to subway, go to any other sandwich shop in Witney that actually cares about who is paying them. I now have a case with trading standards.
