  This branch needs a new manager due to the awful behaviour of the staff especially the old man. The staff were very rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. Instead of focusing on customers and preparing orders, staff members seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

  Horrible service and poor communication. As an uber driver, I have had a collection from this branch. I was there for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Then after 20 minutes, someone said what's your order name and after I told him the order name they took another 15 minutes trying to prepare my order. On another occasion, I went there to collect an order. I simply asked how long the order would be and yet again the old man with the glasses spoke to me in a rude manner saying if it would take however long it takes. This branch is very unprofessional, I would not recommend this as a customer or driver! I will not be picking up another order from here again!

  I recently visited this Subway location, and while the food was as expected, I had a really disappointing experience with the manager. Unfortunately, they were quite rude, which really affected the overall visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on customer service.

  I have ordered from here and most of my order is missing, no cheese bites. No sauces for any of the sides. No one will answer the phone and the uber driver is answering then staying silent. This is ridiculous.
