Rude and aggressive ‘manager’
I began order my sandwich the rude person behind the counter shouted WE CLOSE IN 4 MINUTES. I was aware but they are still open.
I ordered my meal and she basically threw the sandwich together, then went to the payment counter no manners used. I won’t be returning and I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service in a customer facing role.
The only positive was the food was nice.
Absolute Perfection, went in and ordered my order and the staff member Luke was extremely pleasant and accommodating for my order and he mentioned he'd be a few minutes due to an online order he was in the middle of, I had all the time in the world so was happy to wait, he was very considerate when making the subs to ensure I was happy with the order, got on really well with him and he couldn't have done anything more as he went above an beyond to provide the best service and all with a smile too, honestly he Is a credit to Subway and I hope they appreciate his hardwork and determination to provide the best customer service, Hope Luke hears or sees this feedback and knows how outstanding he is.
Best place in my opinion 😊
Nice friendly staff that always accommodate my extremely specific sandwich building requirements without question 🤣

Service was terrible was waiting over half an hour to be served shop was busy at lunchtime. They was pre occupied doing just eat deliveries and ignored customers in the shop was ignorant no apology.
Would definitely not recommend.
Atmosphere can be a little quiet but it’s probably due to the size of the building not fault of the team, food was great very neatly presented. Lad and the girl on shift were both up for banter over the counter with me.
