  Half my breeds missing, so the topping dont fit due to being given a deformed bread.... poor and disappointed

  Me and my son are visiting family in Wigan , we went to this subway 2 evenings in a row (Saturday Nd Sunday) close to closing time. Both times served by the friendliest most helpful polite staff member so frustrating I didn’t get her name. Not only did she maintain a friendly conversion but served us quickly while closing the restaurant. Just seemed so good at her job , amazing worth ethic and a friendly approachable young lady. As far as food all well made. meatballs were “super yummy” my autistic son had them twice. Never leave a review and this isn’t technically about the subway more the amazing staff member.

  Shambles, never heard of a sandwich loosing a fight. Zero atmosphere, you order from a dirty machine. No service, zero interaction. Oh and now a wall between you and apparently the “sandwich artist” so you can’t even see the damage being done. Honestly their mum should have swallowed . Do better.

  Impossible de connecter le compte de fidélité sur la machine. De plus, les deux commandes n’étaient pas bonnes. Je n’avais pas demandé certains ingrédients qui étaient présents dans mon sandwich et mon petit ami avait commandé du poulet qui était inexistant Très déçue

  Just been there for the 1st time and was not impressed. The machine themselves were very slow and missed some of my items off my order. The footlong itself was awful. Bread was dry and stale. The tiniest bit of sauce was applied so biting into was like cardboard and was packed shockingly, soons as I opened it. It fell apart. Absolutely shocking Also ordered some hashbrown, them alone was awful. Cold, soggy and tasted disgusting. Do not go to this store.
