    Yesterday I came to your Subway store and ordered a footlong. I also asked to add hash browns inside the footlong. However, there was a lady there, who I believe is the manager because she was wearing a black T-shirt.She told the staff member to add only 5 hash browns, even though the normal portion is 6. If I am paying the full price, I should receive the correct quantity according to Subway’s standard. It did not feel fair to be given less than what I paid for. I have been a regular customer, but this incident made me feel very disappointed. The way the manager handled the situation was not professional. A manager should ensure good service for customers, but her attitude seemed quite aggressive and not appropriate for someone in that position. Because of this experience, I honestly feel like I will not be coming back to this store again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not face the same issue.
