  To begin the server didn’t offer me any meats after I had got meatballs and he asked me for cheese and toasted whilst not letting me get my words out I said no referring to the cheese but he ignored me and went straight to veg and after this he didn’t toast it so we asked him to toast it and rather than unwrapping it and putting it in the toaster he decided to huff and puff and make a new one and not interact with us for the rest of the time we were there. Really hope this can improve soon.

  He was very unsociable and refused to interact with us after we asked for a gluten free and he started to make fun of us and grinned at us before making the sandwich and then proceeded to ask my mate whether he wanted cheese and toasted my mate said no referring to the cheese and he just didn’t toast it and then when asked to toast it instead of unwrapping it and toasting it he made a whole new one and very moody and messy about it. Hope this can get better as this is horrible customer service

  The lady with tattoos and piercings need to just quit because the service was so bad. She huffed and puffed to get the bread out. Looked down and just kept mumbling and what else. Subway you need to read the comments and have a word with your staff member

  I couldn’t tell you of the food experience as the server was so so rude. They were open, but cleaning down an hour before closure, the lady on the counter who I interrupted from cleaning by saying “ I’m so sorry to interrupt but are you still open” abruptly with a sigh said “we can be” I stated it doesn’t matter at all and walked away, she shouted across the garage that she can do whatever she has available. I left and have not returned since, this was a few months ago now, so hopefully that member of staff no longer works in a job she clearly doesn’t enjoy, but I won’t be going back to find out.
