  On holiday in Weymouth & fancied a fresh roll so popped into Subway.. Waited 20 mins at counter then served which we accept. Environment was extremely dirty, tables not wiped & food down the back of chairs. Thought staff may wipe tables but instead on their phones & chatting in kitchen. Spent a hour in here so a good time witnessing staff not working. Before we left used toilet which actually made me feel sick, smelt so bad of urine. Very disappointing visit..needs some kind of management to help this establishment..wouldn't give it a 5 for food hygiene either. Unfortunately will not be back 😕

  UNTRAINED STAFF! The staff member that made my partners food tonight had no clue what she asked for, how to make it or where it was on the till! She asked for 2 footlong cheesy garlic sides and got 2 subs with barely any cheese in! She then asked for 4 little plastic pots of ketchup but got a big paper pot with barely any in! The staff member (Moses) was clearly new but had obviously not received any training at all and was left in there on his own! Very poor service compared to the usual lady that serves my partner whenever she goes in. Subway train your staff!!

  Whenever we ask for veggie petty , always they say, we dont have it. So thats better remove from the menu, very dissappointed.
