  I'm recovering from surgery and my mother was with me, who has physical issues. I can barely eat anything, I don't have many choices at all. We wanted to grab a simple Subway for dinner after watching a film (just after 8). We struggled to find Subway and we walked slowly due to my situation and my mother's physical issues, so it was getting closer to their closing time. I asked my partner, who was supposed to be doing something else, to rush to them to get us dinner while we rested (we had to). He stood at Subway 10 minutes before 9 pm, to be told they wouldn't serve him. He kindly explained my situation, that I need an extremely simple sandwich and they still refused. As a result, I had to eat something that I'm not supposed to eat. I was sick all night and the following morning because of it. Customer service should be your top priority, not making sure you get out at 9 on the dot (or earlier).

  Food is nice, not always the hottest on some products though for examplethe nacho chicken and waffles chips. The biggest problem is that the staff are always miserable and seem as though they can't be bothered. Really let's it down.

  One of the worst subways I ever been. The food is ok,but the customer service is terrible.They always serve you like is your fault that they need to work ,always rolling their yes when you ask for more than one salad (I normally add 3) ,never ever put chicken as much as they supposed to ,never even listen to you because they talk to each other (one the lady put ketchup instead of mayo in my salad box) ,even today they put the wrong chicken in my salad box because the girls did not bother to listen what I was saying ,they talk about the customers forgetting that they aren’t the only tomanian here. It’s not about bad day or something as I’m here twice a week while charging my car and the service is bad every time .

  Rubbish service I asked for an Italian sub and she pulled one out I said not that one it has grains on top, she proceeded to ignore me and cut the bread stating that it was Italian. The one I wanted was called “hearty Italian” they refused to change it as the next girl had started to put the fillings in, despite me stating that wasn’t the bread I wanted! Poor service and they were rude won’t go here and I would advise the others to xx

  Absolute joke. When there to order a salad box only to be told their delivery for the boxes didn’t turn up and it maybe tomorrow. Don’t help if I’m there now. Anyway not a big issue. Went for a tuna footlong instead of she used a table knife scoped up twice. I asked here where’s the scoop she said they cleaned it as it was closing time. Mind you it’s 8pm and they close at 9pm. Asked her more tuna as it didn’t look enough for a foot long and she said that more than enough. Just didn’t taste right. What a waste of money. Hope someone from management actually look at the reviews because this is a joke.
