  My first visit to Subway was very disappointing and I won’t be returning. The food quality was poor for the price charged, and the service made the experience even worse. The two girls working there were unfriendly, impatient, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Overall, not a pleasant experience at all.

  First time visiting Subway and it will definitely be my last. The food was poor and overpriced, but the worst part was the customer service. There were two girls serving who were rude, impatient, and made me feel completely unwelcome.Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

  Don’t come here! Went to get the 6 inch meal deal which originally was charged £12 but then when we said it should be much less they said oh yeah then changed it to £9.50. We had originally queried before about the £5 saver sub and was told that it’s an old sign which they didn’t do anymore so went with just the normal 6 inch meal deal. Then when leaving we overheard another person being told £12 in which we went back and said that it was supposed to be £9.50. Then the manager came and said the saver menu was still there just in the corner of the menu so then we said that we was told that it was old therefore we didn’t get it. We had already paid for our meals so then we walked back out after and he said you can come back with the drinks then, but then we said we had already paid then realised he was in the wrong. Check the recent reviews aswell.

  Paid for my food with Apple Pay showing on my phone payment gone through but because something was wrong with payment machine manager refused to give me my food and asked me to leave without food she asked me to pay again instead of sort out problem she was very very rude.checking other reviews I am not surprised avoid this place

  Nav the manager and team were observed to be stood around doing nothing. No other orders. Walk in customers are getting served first. No point in ordering on the mobile app to get served first as they drag it out to the collection time. No other branch I have observed does this and makes it in order that they get even if it is quiet. An absolute disgrace of a branch and staff attitude. Look at the other 1 star reviews recently.
