    Oshi and jeeveani are very rude with delivery driver they always ignore drivers when drivers arrives to collect delivery they don't look at them or commenucate to say how long or anything . Very poor service If you don't like extra orders from online why don't you stop taking orders .oishi is very very rude she givs negative feedback to drivers who talks .

    Place looks nice, but service is awful. Staff are too busy with their own chatter rather than seeing to customers. Ordered jacket potato today - coldest one ive ever had..They shut the oven off before its heat cycle , and put in multiple items so they are not warmed up adequately. Potato was warm , beans cold. This is just pure idleness - too lazy to do it properly.. Probably the.worst experience / worst.subway. Inadeqaute lazy staff just bring.the brand down.

    one of the newer workers got my order wrong. toasted it when i asked not to. asked for 3 cookies, got one cookie and a coke. also, i asked for a chocolate cookie and got a rainbow chocolate chip cookie. horrible. never again.
