  Ordered on app for collection then they tried to tell ne couldn't have what I ordered not due to no ingredients because they just didn't want to do it.. had to ask them to actually fill the sub up absolutely disgraceful subway.. and over toasted and soggy .Do Not go here

  Worst subway and customer service. They couldn’t be bothered to even wrap the sandwich up. Bread was soggy and falling apart with too much sauce.

  I went to pick up a Deliveroo order and it was very busy. I got frustrated and ended up speaking harshly to one of the staff members, even though she was very polite and patient with me. She calmly explained the situation and handled it professionally. Looking back, she was really kind, and I regret my reaction. She did a great job despite the pressure.

  Great service when I went into subway last week Friday 29th Dec, a lady named Niyati served and was very helpful in making 6/7 subs for my family. Thank you

  Awful service, don’t think they could be any slower if they tried. Messing up all orders in the line, not allowing me to choose my own salad and sauce. Generally not having a clue what they are doing. Not changing gloves between each sub being made, also standing around playing on phones. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this subway again.
