  I have gone to this same Subway 5 or 6 times now so I feel as though I can write an accurate review (not based off of a single experience). Quality and quantity of food is brilliant, but I have never seen a staff member in this establishment with even a glimpse of a smile, even when serving customers. This includes never being told "thank you" after making a purchase, the staff simply take your payment and walk off without a word. To be clear, I always approach with a smile, use my manners profusely and try to make conversation, so I seriously doubt that I am the problem here. The tables are always covered in crumbs, I understand that it is inevitable as this is a food place, but equally I would have thought that part of the staffs tasks included giving the tables a wipe down every now and then? The bathroom is dirty with stains around the toilet bowl and has a horrid odour that clearly no one can be bothered to make an effort to fix. I rarely write reviews below 5 stars, but honestly the environment of this subway is so disappointing. The food is perfect, but I think the business as a whole would benefit if the staff would cheer up a bit and the restaurant was kept a little cleaner.

  Went in for breakfast with the family and the food was ok but the service was terrible. The single worker in the restaurant clearly didn't want to be there and had no qualms showing it. After messing up our orders she was rude and argumentative for no good reason. As we eventually sat down to have our food a couple who she appears to know very well walked in and asked how she was to which she informed them loudly that she just had to deal with irritating annoying customers that she didnt need when covering because she was off for Easter.

  Don't get the toasties! I got a toastie and clearly they've been cleaning the oven with a wire brush because my sub had metal in it! Extremely dangerous had I swallowed it. When I brought it up, they offered me a replacement of the same thing without first cleaning the oven!

  In black and white I put my order nowhere does it say lettuce and guess what’s in my sub : lettuce. Twice now, in a minute I’m going to buy all the lettuce in the UK to ensure there’s none on my sub, but you’ll probably get some from Europe
