Guy I ordered from was clearly unwell. I ordered two subs. He was dripping snot and wiping his nose and beard to get it out....with his gloves on whilst making my subs. Obviously I no longer wanted them so went to Greggs.
I go to this service station regularly and have considered giving it another chance if a clean member of staff is on shift but there's never anyone at the counter.
I visited Subway today and had a really poor experience. The staff member who served me (older, shorter man) was unnecessarily stingy and came across rude from the start. I asked for extra Chipotle Southwest sauce and more jalapeños, and he barely added anything—literally a couple of pieces—completely ignoring what I’d asked for.
At £7.50 for a sandwich, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s made how you request. Instead, I ended up with a dry sub that felt like a complete waste of money. It wasn’t about the cost- it’s the principle of paying for something and not getting what you asked for.
The attitude and lack of care in preparing the food made the whole experience frustrating.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, not only were a lot of the fillings unavailable with the staff being completely unapologetic, but the sandwich I did manage to order the sub roll was completely raw in the middle - it was completely inedible.
I love Subway, but this is absolute trash, I won't be going here again.

No smiles, no real greating, ordering the food , the gloves they wore they touched every different ingredients . I hate sweetcorn n onion they served the person in front of me and kept same gloves on . I asked nicely if she could change them and I got a disgusted look , she looked at the make assistant funny rolled her eyes and changed then. As I ate my food at table the same gloves got used for 7 different orders 🙃
