    Tried to call up over my order, never answered, kept buttoning the phone, doesn’t give options to not put cheese on so tried to call to make sure they didn’t put it on, but seems they have other things to do rather than answering the phone what I phoned for 15 minutes

    Don't have it 'Your Way' 4 touchscreens block the counter so you can't see the sub being made, or the choices. Couldn't see the sauce being put on the sub, was no where near enough. Will avoid this place in future.

    Thay have no idea what they're doing. Half of an order missing and they can't tell the difference between 6 and 12 inches.

    Just got something from here, first problem is the screens ! Very slow compared to dealing with a person behind the counter.What happened to good old customer service? I always found this place pretty good but it's gone right down. Finally got the sub from a guy with a couldn't care less attitude ( he certainly couldn't care less about wrapping a sub up properly, how can you not get that right?). I suspect the reason for the screens is you have no idea what they are or aren't putting on your sandwich,all totally out of sight and customer has no control . Got home to find stale bread incorrect stuff on sandwich. no way that was fresh. It's in the bin that's how bad it was.Bye bye subway you have lost a customer for ever.
