  Just been in here, and the staff member on the till, decided to jump onto the salad bar and fill my sub with my preferred salad whilst still wearing the gloves she was wearing whilst serving at the till. Goodness only knows how long those gloves had been on for, but handling cash and then customers salad ain't ideal. Sub went in the bin. Phoned the shop to speak with the manager, was told they couldn't take my number down, but that the manager was next in on Sunday at 7am.

  Staff friendly, they always make the food really nice. Nothing is too much trouble and have always been greeted with a smile.

  I felt like I needed to express that that was the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had I have been coming to this subway for years now there’s a lad there I believe it’s kenzy kenzie or something black hair short stocky the last maybe 3 times I’ve come in he’s been rude arrogant and overall seems like he couldn’t care less gloves were not changed and then I was told to stop overreacting when I asked for less sauce manger definitely needs so have a word with staff

  Came at 715pm for ordering, store supposed to close at 8pm but a guy named Kiren said he is closing early due to him being the only one working and need to clean. When I asked is there a manager here, he said he is the manager. I went back to the car park, sit for awhile, then I noticed he was lying. There is another lady in the Subway working as well, and he is not the only one. I went in and asked him "I thought you are the only one in store, why is there another person here?" And he said I am rude and not being nice, despite him lying to me that he is alone in store and refused to make any food.

  Disgusting. I asked for plant based sandwich and the attitude of the staff was so bad. I had to ask for gloves to be changed. She made the sandwich and when it came to cutting it, she took out the green handled knife, which is used for plant based sandwiches, but then put it back and then took out the black handled one, which was covered with meat and sauce stuck to it and the cut the veggie sandwich with it!!! Disgusting! Don't trust this place with behaviour like this.
