  New self service machines made it take way longer and couldn't fully customise my order so tasted worse than usual. Constant beeping from till and ovens and god knows what else made me want to gouge my eyes out so we ate fast and had to leave in distress. Won't return.

  Totally incompetent. The last 3 times I have been I have been in here something wasn't right. No crisps in the bag + the wrong bread + cheese (when no cheese) and burnt bacon. Wrong bread the time before then the time before that no drinks in the bag and the wrong bread - how hard is it to make a sandwich??? The screens are a pain as well, they get in the way and you can't see the sandwich being made (might stop some of the issues) and people just avoid using them.

  Call me old fashioned but I’d rather order from a person than a screen. Also one member of staff seemed to be very rude to another who appears to be new and still learning the job. Could be wrong but there seemed to be an atmosphere in the store.

  Hii, I've been to subway in latchford in Warrington near to the Lidl and KFC and I had this bad experience I have opened up my food and all what was inside it just come out from the bread this is not acceptable at all I've pay 18.57 not a lot but is not fair to mess with people's food if you guys don't like to work there or idk u bored don't work there do something else insted is not fair for people who comes to eat and receive the food like this is absolutely disrespectful and disappointed!!!!!!!

  Standard subway, staff are friendly and food is fine. No dramas, you know what you’re getting. Orders have always been correct and on time for collection.
