  made an order on uber eats and have never had any issues before however this time i ordered a footlong meal deal firstly they only gave me the sandwich no drink, crisps, or cookie was given like i ordered and secondly my sandwich was also on the wrong bread i had ordered italian white and got one with lots of seeds on it which i cant eat. absolutely ridiculous was like the staff just did whatever they wanted i want my money back!!!!

  Absolutely amazing service at Subway Kerfoot Street, Warrington! 🌟🥪 This team is incredibly professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Every single time I arrive, my orders are prepared quickly and handled with perfect organisation. Even when it’s busy and full of customers, they stay calm, focused and super fast — like a well-trained elite team! ⚡💪 And even in the rare moments when there is a slight delay — not because of them — they always apologise politely and respectfully. That shows true professionalism and excellent customer service. They are genuinely kind, understanding and always ready to help with a positive attitude. 👏✨ The sandwiches are always fresh, perfectly made and packed with care. Quality is consistently excellent and you can clearly see the high standards they maintain every day. 👌🔥 Their teamwork, speed and positive energy make every collection smooth and stress-free.   Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I arrived at this Subway at 20:30, while the posted closing time is clearly 21:00, and was told by a female staff member that they were “closed.” Thirty minutes early. No apology. No explanation. Just flat-out refusal to serve a paying customer. If you’re going to ignore your own opening hours, don’t bother advertising them. Customers shouldn’t be punished because staff feel like shutting early. This is lazy, unprofessional, and a complete waste of people’s time. This location clearly has zero respect for customers or basic business standards. If you expect to be served during advertised hours, do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway entirely. I certainly won’t be back.

  Fantastic service as always. Only negative is the owner needs to refurbish the toilets. The floor is always wet. Maybe clean the toilets more and check them more often
