  I’ve been going to the calendar park subway for around 2 years now it’s always been really pleasant all the staff are polite UNTIL they hired this manager called Katie who would continuously open late why is the subway still shut at 8:30 am! The staff that work there are absolutely amazing but when I see katie start to serve me I just know it’s gonna be a terrible experience for 1. It takes her 15 minutes to even come out from round the back after calling her name multiple times then she comes out from round the back dragging her feet along the floor asked what I want and just slaps my sandwich together everything is just falling out of it after that she will leave the shop unattended for and go out side and smoke her vape for a good 20 minutes with her head phones on before coming back in and going back round the back still with her headphones on! All the other staff I see on a morning do an amazing job especially Claire she’s wonderful but Katie just ruins the whole subway experience what a sorry excuse of a manager she’s always like this been like it since the day she started!

  According to google this place opens at 8am ‘hours confirmed by this place 6 days ago’ Walked in this morning at 8.50 am. Greeted with ‘We don’t open until half past 9’ When they serve breakfast that is not acceptable opening hours. So we went to Greggs next door.

  You never know when this subway is open. Gone down hill, staff look fed up, needs a good clean and don't appreciate to find my meat free sandwich has been cut with a knife that has previously cut a sandwich with meatballs on.
