    I have ordered foot long was pickup order and they haven’t put any sauce in that. I had to callback but staff was very rude.

    Really disappointed with my experience at Subway . My boyfriend and I both ordered sandwiches, but when I got back to the car and unwrapped mine, there was a long hair stuck inside it. My boyfriend took it back and asked for a refund because I was completely put off and didn’t want another sandwich made. The staff said they couldn’t issue a refund because there was no manager in, and told us we’d have to come back on Monday morning for one — which is unrealistic as we both work full time. In the end, they remade the sandwich, but insisted it had to be exactly the same as the original order. As I no longer wanted to eat there after finding hair in my food, it would have made more sense to let my boyfriend choose something he would actually eat instead. Accidents can happen, but the way the situation was handled was really poor and left us very disappointed.
