  Staff were incredible unhelpful and had an awful attitude. Lied about being able to use the subway app cash built up. Also unhygienic not take off gloves when opening cupboards in store room. We’re not nice people! Also lied about on it only allowing 2 sauces , quite clearly they couldn’t be bothered and would rather hand out dreadful customer service 01/04/26

  "I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Subway. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich and specifically asked for garlic sauce, but she gave me barbecue sauce. When I requested a remake, she was reluctant and didn't want to redo it. The bread was undercooked—I’m not sure exactly how many seconds, but it was far too short—while the cheese and patty were both off: the patty ended up overcooked, and the cheese was barely melted. She remade the sandwich, but everything was still undercooked. Even the customer next to me noticed and sympathized, as I was clearly being ignored. I have my receipt, and I expect far better customer service, especially when I’m paying for the meal."

  Trusted Subway brand ordered a tuna sandwich now I'm having food poisoning it's the only thing I had the entire day. Slow staff and now food poisoning

  Had a subway from here on Sunday. The woman was super slow and now got severe stomach issues since eating here.
