  Very poor training! It took 4 attempts to heat up philly cheese in the microwave. The microwave had a big bag of meatball sauce in at the same time, which I assume was taking all the heat and 4 times my order came out freezing like it had come from the fridge. After the 2nd attempt I asked to change for meatballs that were warm, I was told I'd have to pay. Walked out after the 4th time as it was becoming a joke! The young girl on the till tried her best, unfortunately the other lady wasn't as helpful

  Take my advice, if you want a sandwich or salad that will fill you up you're better off going the extra mile to another store in durham or the arnison centre. The owner of this store skimps out on EVERY ingredient you ask for in your sandwich and will meticulously count out each chicken piece or sweetcorn kernel to ensure he doesn't eat into his own profits depriving customers of a full meal. I purchased a salad from him only to have to ask for more of everything, even lettuce, as he outright refused to give me enough vegetables to constitute an actual meal and just had to count every extra piece he gave me. When you're having to ask for more salad in your salad just so it'll actually fill you up you know you've found a rubbish establishment. I wish i could give 0 stars but since i actually left with the salad and i have to give at least 1 to leave a review however i wish id never went in the first place. Avoid like the plague

  Why are you closed before 6pm on Saturday when your opening times are until 7. Totally bad practice. If you’re coming here then take a guess...is it open isn’t it open! opening hours state you are open until 7pm. I wonder if the franchise owner realises you are shutting early! Well guess what, they are going to find out! Go to Preston Farm Subway. Reliable and open when they say they are.
