  There is usually two people working here a man and a woman whom both have a strong accent which makes it extremely difficult to understand what they are saying. When ordering one of the meal deal options the woman refused to give me a salad in my footlong when it clearly stated i can have salad in this option. Furthermore the drink station was horrible all the drinks tasted watered down and out of date this is happened multiple times now where the drinks have tasted that way. overall unimpressed

  While waiting for a car tyre to be fitted called in , dont sell coffee although on the price list on the wall ,had a breakfast poached egg wrap absolutely tasteless no bacon or pork sausage , all meat halal as its franchised to Muslims, asked four times why no coffee served totally ignored but I persisted on getting a damn answer which was a shrug and "my first day" what a load of crap , the front windows completley condensated up , floor wet and sticky needs mopping didnt eat my food i darednt' this place is a joke wont be long before closing or changing hands not one customer entered while I was sitting in there in an hour
