    Overall an okay place to visit for a quick bite to eat, food is probably the best bit about this place. Customer service, communication skills are average at best.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would . Will never be visiting here again . Food makes you ill . The staff lack basic customer service and the hygiene is low .

    Ordered online. Arrived on location. Order was not ready, had to wait another 15 minutes. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering online, also nowhere to park so had to walk another 5 minutes to get here. Incredibly Rude Staff at the counter. 0/10 worst subway experience ever. I also paid for 2 cookies and I was only given one so they gave me the incorrect order and stole money from me. The whole point of an online order is to drive to pick it up and for it to already be ready. Not to drive there, wait another 15 minutes and then only for it to be ready. Really sick and tired of bad customer service especially when I’m paying £10 for a sandwich and using an app. Also did not give me a bag for the footling….

    You're selling yesterday's or the day befores cookies 🤮 they were so stale and had an off taste. This isnt subways standards...? They all went in the bin
