    The staff here would struggle to run a bath let alone a business.

    3* food with 1* service. 4 people working yet only 1 incredibly slow person making sandwiches is not a good distribution of staff when you have customers waiting. As soon as an online order came through there were suddenly 3 making sandwiches so enthusiastically that the one guy moved my food out of the way 3 times to do an online order and made my server have to try and work around him. I'd already been waiting long enough and then having to watch this was a really poor experience. None of the staff appear to talk to each other or have the slightest regard for what each other is doing. To top it off the sandwich was so badly made that it just fell apart! Just a tip from somebody who has spent a lifetime working in food retail: if you make your customer wait, and they look visibly angry about it, or even if they don't, simply saying "sorry about the wait" can go a long way.

    Improved since half a year ago! Joe is very friendly and smiley, answered all our questions regarding taste of ingredients, helped to choose the right subs for us all 3 times in the past few days.
