Had an absolutely atrocious meal. I ordered a 6 inch chicken sub with bacon, cheese, lettuce and sweetcorn. When I opened it, it was rock solid, I am aware that I asked for toasted however it was inedible. I also had turkey instead of chicken, no cheese and some weird potato waffle things inside. I also ordered a footlong cheesy garlic slice. It was awful. Once again, rock solid, could not taste the garlic and there was not even a sprinkle of cheese. It was pretty much just bread. I’ve had one of these slices from another subway so I know what the standard is. I didn’t even eat it so that was just money wasted. You can argue that I couldn’t went to the staff about it however I heard the attitude from one particular staff member who was blonde and she did not sound approachable at all. If any of you workers see this, sort it out. I work in hospitality and if I served something like that I’d be on major trouble. I ordered this on Friday the 15th of May at around 14:00 and my order was number 83

Self serve kiosks dont belong in a subway. Makes ordering a lot more confusing and still didnt end up with what i wanted in thr end.
Staff was patient in trying to help out, but honestly this whole experience would have been much better if it was the usual make as you go along.
The final sub was also quite stingy in fillings. Do not reccomend

A new wall so you can't see your order being made and new screens to order on, but we had to ask how to make a be-spoke order! When we got the order there was hardly any filling in there compared to when you can see it being made. This behaviour HAS to come from the top in Subway, new IT system and pay for it by getting rid of 1-2 staff members and put less filling in the orders. I won't be going back.

Kiosk system here results in not getting exactly as you want from other stores, barely any sauce in the sandwich when I asked for more I was told I’d need to pay for it with quite poor attitude. Dry sandwich but taste ok

Order friday27/2 screen where not working properly had to tap 3 or4 times bread was stale order chicken sub with lite mayo salad extra crispy onions got stale bread with bacon nothing else got my wife a wrap which was nothing like what we asked for and was wet and chewy she got my extra onion she can't eat them won't be ever going back talk about just being a number
