    Dont like the automated ordering system so went to the counter. Had to wait 15 minutes to be served as they were really busy with delivery orders. When it eventually came my turn I ordered 2 ft long and a 6" italian bmt on italian herb and cheese and some nachos. I said I would like it with cheese toasted so they put cheese on the bread toasted it and then asked what salad items I wanted I pointed out I would like some meat on my sub.They finally sorted out my subs but forgot my nachos and when I finally got them there were no jalepenos. I appreciate they were busy but poor poor customer service as they seem to only be able to work off a printed list

    Bad staff there is one small height Goa n lady when I asked him to please unlock the toilet to wash hands she given me reply it's only for customers f... who is me I'm not customer

    I ordered a wrap today and honestly, the price was not worth it. The filling was poor, and even when we asked for extra salad and sauce, the staff looked at us as if we had done something wrong. This is not the first time this has happened. I would much rather go to Subway at Barnesfield instead.
