Had to order on tablet which means you can’t adjust stuff . Footlong had only enough chicken tikka for a six inch and when I say pea sized amount of sauce that is being generous. RIP off for what u end up paying . Waited 25 minutes for 3 to be made

Ordered sub on the new tablets, waited 20 mins and then said they didn't have the order. Asked if they could just make it but they insisted I reorder via the tablet which still has to wait 15 mins for them to make!

This Subway used to be my favourite subway for breakfast until they fitted tablets to order. I'm not against 21st century tech but I kept getting stuff I didn't want or ordered including some crazy sauces to ruin my breakfast roll. The problem here is now there are tablets there is no interaction with the customer. The staff follow what's on the tablet without questions. Twice in a row this has happened and the last time I had some weird onion sauce I never ordered ruining my breakfast sub. I asked why did he just do that and he said you ordered it. No I didn't. To be fair he did offer to remake it but I said I wouldn't do that to him so I gingerly ate it.
And I was charged for a bag I didn't order. And didn't get. Beware, I understand the bag is automatically added. You have to remove the bag if you don't want one. The tablets at McDonalds I breeze through but for some reason the Subway ones are an issue for me. (And seeing the other comments I don't think it's just me)
I also think it's ridiculous you have to order via a tablet when you are the only one in there. It should be optional like McDonalds at least until they are busy.
I used to always give 5 stars for this Subway. The staff are very kind and friendly and my sub was always spot on when you spoke to the sandwich maker. It's a shame as I think Subway breakfasts are much nicer than McDonalds which are so hit and miss. But since these tablets are in place and there isn't an option to order verbally I won't be returning.

There are new tablets in place for ordering, this is like most Subways I have visited.
People were getting angry as the tablets were messing up and couldn’t choose certain things. THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES ISSUE!!! A member of staff also mentioned this. ‘You’ll lose lots of customers’. One woman moaned - and boy she did not stop moaning.
We’re in the 21st century, technology is there for us to utilise - yes the shop may have been quiet, however; it’s on takeaway apps like just eat and uber eats so there is traffic people don’t ever see.
The tablets were easy to use, smooth navigation and there were notes saying place the order and then pay at the cash register. Easy enough if you can read and follow basic instructions - which apparently people can’t do.
The staff were friendly and kept it professional even in the face of a frustrated customer due to the tablets. Keep up the great job and smile in the face of the haters.
