  Visited this store at lunchtime today. The staff were so so helpful, even though they were very busy. I was a bit baffled at the kiosks and they came straight over to help an old man out. Excellent service. Thank you

  Cleanest Subway ive been to, the food rating is high at 5 which shows. Great service from Amy who's assisted me well regardless of previous difficult customers.

  I had a lovely meal deal at this store yesterday evening. All the food was fresh and delicious. The new kiosk system they have in store made my experience so simple and straightforward. Will definitely be back. :)

  Absolutely disgusting!!! Meat tasted like it was gone off and staff were rude. No offer to try to resolve the situation or any solution. Will not be going to Swadlincote subway ever again!

  The ginger girl who works there wants sacking, she can't even fulfil a simple order on a screen! Nephews ham sub that he was looking forward to wasn't even included in the delivery order. I went back, explained what had been taken out and told them to make the rest again as the cookies were broken into pieces and the meatballs were rock hard. She said after making me wait 5 minutes that I'd have to go through Uber eats and deal with it there. Why would I drive all the way back to subway if there was nothing missing from the order. It's girls like that who make me worry about today's society. Hiding behind Uber eats rather than taking accountability, apologising and doing your job properly the first time. You're making subs love if you don't want people like me coming back to shout at you, do your job right and take more pride. I never get angry, I'm the most laid back, placid person in the world but that ginger girl ruined my day. Useless!
